Have your say on how government can reduce red tape
The Better Regulation Delivery Office (BRDO), part of the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills has asked for comments on their plans to make sure regulatory advice is available to all businesses in England and Wales, regardless of their size.
The discussion document; Extending and simplifying Primary Authority: keeping the UK competitive was published on 21 September alongside the government’s Enterprise Bill.
The purpose of this document, is to set out proposals which will reduce red tape for businesses and enable businesses to understand and to adhere to regulations more easily. You can have your say on the document between now and 22 October 2015.
