As part of Circular Yorkshire Month and York Business Week, BioVale, as part of the THYME project, hosted a webinar to explore opportunities and challenges for the food manufacturing sector to develop higher value products from food production side streams.
The aim of the webinar was:
- To showcase how food manufacturers in the region innovate to add value to food processing by products.
- To highlight regulatory and policy challenges and opportunities.
- To provide insight into valorisation types and technologies, facilities, expertise and capabilities in the region and gaps in the market.
